Time & planning

Plan the week, the month, the year

They’re all under More tools → Templates & guides. Nothing in them is locked.

Calendar (this week)

A week planner with real dates. It opens on this week, Monday first, with a marker on today.

  • Choose the days and hours, set the time step, add breaks.
  • Type into the slots. Pin an entry to make it repeat every week.
  • Plan next week beside this one.

Timetable (Mon–Sun)

The same planner without dates: a Monday-to-Sunday week that repeats.

  • Days, hours, time steps and breaks can all be changed.
  • Turn whole days off for a shorter week.
  • Good for lessons, shifts and training weeks.

Month calendar

A month where each day can link to something: a note, a card, another board. Press the day to go there.

  • Days with a link are filled in. Today has a ring.
  • Pick a colour per day.
  • A day can hold several links.

Milestone Timeline

Milestones by year, month or week, in a straight line or folded into rows.

  • A “you are here” marker shows today.
  • “Add milestone cards” puts an editable card on each point.
  • Change the span or layout later and the whole line re-flows.

Timeline Guide

A day-by-day timeline with coloured periods laid over it.

  • Starts as 30 days. Pick any start and end date.
  • Weekends are greyed out. You can choose other non-working days.
  • Use periods to block out phases, sprints or trips.
A Timeline Guide with coloured periods.

Habit Tracker

Tick habits off across the week. Each habit keeps a days-done tally.

  • Monday-to-Sunday columns, one tap per day.
  • Starts with three example habits. Rename them, add more, or remove them.
  • Each row has its own colour.

Project History

What shipped, week by week. Weeks go across, parts of the work go down, and each release is a card.

  • Week columns have real dates. The side “+” adds another week.
  • Each row is a workstream with its own colour. Rename them to fit your project.
  • Cards carry a version chip. Drag one to another week to move it.
  • Each card links to its own note below.

Lists and step-by-step guides

Checklist Board

One day in a thin frame: the date, and a tickable list under it. Press the + beside the frame for the next day.

  • Double-click the date bubble to pick another day. The day’s name and the frame’s title follow.
  • The list is an ordinary note with checkboxes and a live “0 of 6 completed” count.
  • The + copies the day you press it on. Colours and fonts carry over, the date moves on, and the boxes start clear.
  • Right-click a list to add another under the same day. Drag a list from one day to another.

Step Guide

Numbered steps, with optional icons and descriptions.

  • Starts with a title and two steps. Add as many as you need.
  • Give a step an icon from the built-in library.
  • Reorder the steps and the numbering follows.
A Step Guide with four steps.
